English

I think that English is important in life, because if someone wants rise up and travel for the world, the English will be used for this. In our career is also very important, but I think a obligatory subject doesn't work well, I think that there're other art-related classes that can be best complement for our career.
But I think this course worked well, but maybe I didn't give all of me, but sincerely this is because I don't really like the English, above all, I don´t like to talk, but well... the topic of blogs helped me a lot with some vocabulary and grammatical of English, but I think it's a bit egocentric... maybe?
I need to improve a lot my English, there's still some missing in my vocabulary and in the comunication, something that I really want to do, is to learn a good english, so I try to pay attention to the movies, series or music in English and be able to understand, obviously I need a lot of practice, but it's something that I do.
Outside the English class, as I said recently, I use my English to understand some things that I watch or read, luckily I have a brother who knows english and he helps me a lot. It has happened that I've communicated with people who speak English, who need to know directions or talk about something and in those cases I try to establish communication with the English that I know, but now I think maybe that person thought it was awful in English, jaja.
I just know that I must to learn English for be the best as my dear friend Isabel :)

Good and bad points

This year had been a complicated year. I've had a many things that to do in the university and also, I started to work, so my time was reduce. But, in spite of that, I feel really satisfied with the things that I did.
One of the good thing that happened this year was the birth of my niece, that was an emotional moment and also the travel with my family to Easter Island.
The situations that didn't go so well, were the moments where I didn't have time for to do all that I wanted to do, for example my university's works, I just could to make my things for the university on weekends, but at beggining of this year, I started to work on weekends, so my time was really bit.
Also this year I started with my pole dance class. I needed a little physical exercises in my life.
This year've had so exhausting, for this I've felt so boredom and fed up from
One of the things I really wanted to do this year was to raise money to go on vacation to northern chile with my best friend, that's something to this day I'm doing.
Another important news that happened recently was that one of my cousins ​​who I love so much,  is pregnant, it makes me very happy, it's fun having babies in the family
Also, one of my best friends will graduate this year and he invited me to his graduation party and that means I'll have get ready so much, because it's a very elegance party, and I'm sure it'll be very entertaining 'cause it's a dinner and then dance, that is I'll eat and drink free, jajaja.

Today I'm gonna talk about some characteristics from the dogs for example about the hearing, smell and vision.
The dogs have a highly developed sense of smell and hearing, the smell being the main sensory organ. There are approximately 800 breeds, that is to say, more than any other animal, which vary significantly in size, appearance and temperament, they present a variety of colors and types of hair according to the breed of dog. They have a great relationship with humans, who are:  for pets, guard animals, working dogs, hunting dogs,   or guide dogs for example. It is one of the most popular pet animals, probably second only to the cat.
About the vision; the dog's vision is developed for hunting, they don't have a great visual acuity of details, but have excellent perception of movement. they have excellent night vision because to the use a reflective screen inside the eye. They also have a color vision equivalent to red-green color blindness in humans
It has been shown that dogs are able to distinguish your owner from others persons at distances of more than a mile.
About the hearing; they detects very low sounds compared to humans, also have a degree of ear mobility which allows them to quickly determine the exact source of a sound.
Also, they can locate the source of a sound a lot faster than a human and detect sounds from a distance four times greater than humans.
About the smell, the dog brain is dominated by a mainly olfactory crust. The dogs have between 125 and 220 million olfactory cells. Dogs can distinguish odors at much lower concentrations than the humans.

How green are you?

I think these last years people have learned more about how to live and take advantage of our nature and environment, this is related to the increase in pollution in our society and how people have chosen to relate to the greener world, and cleaner and pure environment. There are many people who have bypassed the city to start a life in the countryside and enjoy the benefits of this. 
In my case and that of my family, we have incorporated the theme of recycling, but, not in all, it is an issue that we lack even resolve. We recycle everything that is plastic, cardboard and glass. In the place where I live there are lots of people occupying these as materials and other things, so, we give this for them. 
Unfortunately, where I live is hard to go elsewhere if it isn't in a car, for example go to santiago center, the locomotion isn't the best and walk or by bike would be impossible, but I use my bike in the moments when I can. 
I supported a type of organization that took place in my commune, is about  the subject previously said, related to recycling and how the other persons use our garbage to others things. I think it's necessary to create recycling habits in our lives, for that gradually it can be a normal thing in our life and like this, we can help to our society to see the environment differently. 
I think that there're many things I need to do and sometimes by a matter of comfort, It's forget, but I've tried to reduce the carbon footprint, trying to avoid the misuse of electrical energy, avoiding a little the use of vehicle, trying to eat more fruit and avoid some meat, for example. 
In our society is necessary more culture about our environment, is necessary a awareness of our environment and will power from people.

Today, in the free topic, I'm gonna talk about my pets and the pets that I'd like to have.
I have a dog and a rabbit. The name of my dog is Lulu and my rabbit is Emily (yes, there are so... mm... usual names, but my Little brother put them).
Four years ago, my little dog died, her name was Balu, she was so cute and part of my family. Balu came to my house when I was six years old, the situation was very sad, she was so sick.
Domestic animals are great, you can breed them your own way and get them used to things that you want. They're a big responsibility. I love my pets but I recognize that sometimes left a somewhat forgotten when I have a lot of things to do. 
I've always wanted a ferret, they're very delicate and also very expensive, I want that somebody give to me one.
One of the pets that I would love to have, is a Persian Cat, are so cute, hairy, lazy, it could be as my pillow! They're so quiet, they're known as "tiger of sofa" because they love sleep and rest.
This breed of cats demand a lot of care and dedication. 

I hope too, that somebody, a good person, give me one of this.

British pop art show opens at Christie's

A new British pop art exhibition open at Christie's, this exhibition is exclusive  to British exponents and it have more than 140 works for many artists, for example David Hockney, Eduardo Paolozzi, Allen Jones, Peter Blake and  Richard Hamilton. The last one determined the term "pop art", described it  as popular, transient, expendable, low-cost, among other. It said that the Pop Art is dominated by American artists, for example by Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, but this exhibition wants show that some Brits artists dominated the term first. 
The special thing of this exhibition is that has never been any big British pop art show in the capital, is a remarkable fact, because is said that the Brits started this movement. Only some of the works is for sale, the other works are private or public colection and from the museum, It isn't about auctions, it's about exhibitions, as the Christie's president said.
This show is staged in Christie's, it was Lord Nelson's houses in New Bond Street.
The public will see a work from Hockney, that has been in his family's collection and also, the Hamilton work that show a drugs trial of Mick Jagger and Robert Fraser.
As we said, any work is for sale, but obviously the Cristie's, hopes that will help boost prices for  new British pop artists.

Now I'll talk some about an animal that I love, the sloth. I share the love for these animals with a great friend and we like to talk about them.
Sloths are animals with a round head, short tail and long limbs. They live specifically in Central America and South America, in more tropical environments. They're of various sizes and in the present, they can be classified in two types: the sloths with two fingers and the sloths with three fingers.
They're characterized by the slowness of his life, spend most of the day sleeping in the trees.
Sloths eat plants, some leaves and trees. The leaves provide them very little energy and nutrients and they haven't easily digested.
Their front legs are longer than the later and have strong claws to grip branches. These claws, they can often serve as defense.
The sloth can turn its head almost three hundred sixty degrees.
There aren't other thing more tender than the baby sloths.
Sloths aren't pets, when people buy them, they're increasing illegal trade to the species and endangering her life.
Some defenceless and slow sloths, they're extracted from the forest for sale. Apparently, humans are some of his worst enemies.
